Our brewery is set up as an extension of our farm, with small batches made right next to our field. We plan each of our recipes to be centered on a farm ingredient — cones from our hop yard, herbs, fruit and even vegetables from the same field that powers our Produce CSA — and even some fun projects with other local growers, especially around barley and malt.
We brew a constantly rotating set of beers in small batches, with recipes being developed on a weekly basis depending on what herbs, fruits & produce are ready in the field. Everything is centered around seasonality, just like our produce and flower CSA, which is why we’re so excited to offer fresh, small batch beer as well.
Our beer is available for consumption on-site in our taproom, open Thursday through Sunday each week, with growlers available to go. You can also find us at a handful of like-minded, locally-owned restaurants in Fauquier County.
