DRY HARD SELTZER FEATURING FARM INGREDIENTS

A crisp & very dry (as in: super-low residual sugar & low calorie) base with small-batch additions from the farm – all grown & processed here on the farm. No outside flavorings or back-sweeteners. Gluten-free. Flavors – ask your bartender for our current offerings. Current batch: 4.4% ABV

POWERS FARM HARD KOMBUCHA

Kombucha is a fermented tea, using a wide range of various yeasts that create a semi-sweet, tart beverage that we re-ferment with brewers’ yeasts for an alcoholic version. Check the board for flavors. 6.5% ABV

GRAY GHOST VINEYARD WINES

We are excited to partner with one of Virginia’s oldest and most awarded wineries, located in Amissville, Va.

2025 Vidal Blanc – Fermented in stainless steel, this semi-dry white wine has a crisp and fruity palate with distinctive characteristics of honeydew melon. 13.4% ABV

2023 Ranger Reserve  – This Bordeaux blend of 5 different grape varieties is a full-bodied, dry red wine that delivers a melange of flavors including black cherry, blackberry and mocha notes. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. 13.4% ABV
